Privacy & Freedom in the Information Age www.reddit.com

Not long ago, I asked [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/privacy/comments/vmt934/i_plan_to_use_a_nokia_n70_for_everyday_use_is_it/) and in [*degoogle*](https://www.reddit.com/r/degoogle/comments/vmt9ym/i_plan_to_use_a_nokia_n70_for_everyday_use_is_it/) whether or not the Nokia N70 was safe to use in terms of privacy, but in the latter, I came across an [answer](https://www.reddit.com/r/degoogle/comments/vmt9ym/i_plan_to_use_a_nokia_n70_for_everyday_use_is_it/ie35ti2/) I didn't expect. It turns out all 3G towers (especially in the United States as stated) will have already shut down by a year or two, so I will no longer be able to call and text with it, making the entire thing pointless.
