What does your typical day or week look like?

Currently working through a cyber security graduate apprenticeship with a banking institution that has me attending university alongside my day job.

On top of work/uni I’m trying to become more active in keeping up with ongoing events and technologies through twitter/podcasts/online articles, along with continually learning using new tools.

Just curious how you all structure your day/week with work, but also factoring in personal development/ personal time/family time.
