* Use secure protocols (SSL/TLS)
* Security awareness training (phishing, social engineering, etc..)
* Enabling SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for outbound security...having a tool provide stats on how you're and when things look odd
* Spam/phishing filtering
* DLP
