What do you use for call Screening? (Looking for a TrueCaller alternative)

I keep getting relentless spam calls (mostly either robocalls testing whether I answer or not, or the classic "you were in an accident, is that right?") but frustratingly I can't just blindly reject calls from unknown numbers as I often get genuine calls from new people to do with work.

I've used Truecaller in the past but read it's a privacy nightmare, are there any paid services to screen calls for iPhone that respect your privacy?
