What do you do when your information has been compromised on the dark web?

Name, email, birthday, address, and SSN were seemingly compromised throughout the years per my credit report, which I am just checking now. How can I confirm this?

Getting a new SSN is out of the question. Making a new email means nothing as an attacker can too. What does one do in this situation?
