What do you do post Windows clean install?

Basically the title. This is what I do post install,

1. Disconnect from internet and install Windows.
2. Run OOSU10, restart, connect to internet and install all the updates and drivers.
3. Run modified Sophia Script.
4. Install all the necessary softwares from these Git repos
