I am trying to reliably determine what personal info a retail Point of Sale terminal may collect from a purchase paid by a chip and PIN EMV debit card.

I am seeing what I believe my card number on receipts (the last 4 digits match my embossed card number), and the type of account ("CHEQUING") on some receipts.

Are any other details available to the merchant?
