What can school monitoring software's see?

My school uses, Harpara, an online monitoring software. It can see your screen, tabs, and almost anything associated with your school google account. I am logged into this school account on a chrome browser on my home desktop, and have another browser open with my personal email. Can this software see my tabs, see my screen, and access my files on a home computer or is it limited to the chrome browser?
