What are the paths for back-end developer with almost 3 year exp

I'm really with this doubt high now the thing is, I only entered IT because of security but I found first a developer opportunity and since I was in need of a job I took that opportunity and here I am almost 3 years middle level software engineer at a good consulting company in my country.
