What are some non-operations roles I can pivot to? Current job is killing me.

My current role is email anti-fraud/anti-phish/malware analysis - feeding ML models and stuff. Items coming in 24/7, 1000s of items in queue, etc. Before this I was working IT Support and before that I was working in a SOC (never again).
