What am I supposed to be learning? (SOC Analyst)

Looking for some advice here. I am a recent college graduate (December '22 w/ B.S in Cybersecurity)
I have been in a SOC for almost a year now with only about 6 months of helpdesk experience prior to my SOC role that I had from working while I was in school. I also have a home lab that I experiment with on a regular basis. I have 4 certs and a years worth of experience under my belt.
