What all does my work see

Work in office in the middle of a large city and conect to the company wifi(I have no signal in the building). My company is fully immersed in the Microsoft ecosystem, outlook, SharePoint with Excel, ECT.. and I'm forced to have all of these apps and authentication on my phone.
