Wondering where the line gets drawn with employers monitoring home wifi network traffic on personal devices?

Here’s the scenario:
Work provided laptop, laptop connected to home wifi network. Work laptop is connected via Microsoft SSO.

If my personal device is also connected to the home wifi network, can they monitor my personal devices web traffic?

Or if downloading and logging into company outlook via sso, does that open a gateway to track personal web traffic on the personal device?
