Website under constant DDos attack

Hi Guys,

My website is in constant ddos attack and a month ago it was totally infected, no matter how many times i clean the files from cpanel they just apear again those .htaccess files and some files in wordpress core.

I had to delete everything and reset the cpanel and make webiste live again.

Right now wesite is runing fine but i am getting constantly attacked by botnet from various countries.
