I read this article about a software engineer named Joshua Schulte who is ex-CIA and leaked information to WikiLeaks.

They said he was charged with child pornography on his computer too. My first initial thought was he must be framed because how would a software engineer at the CIA not know about encryption.

Further down in the article they write it was stored in an encrypted container protected by 3 layers of passwords.
