Vulnerability management process

Currently in my company the process is pretty bad and I'd like to improve it, but at first I have to find a way to visualise the vulnerability data in easily understandable manner. What I'm doing at the moment is just exporting the CSV's and HTML reports from Nessus and gathering the numbers for vulnerabilities of every severity on different catogries of servers.
