USN-5855-2: ImageMagick vulnerabilities

USN-5855-1 fixed a vulnerability in ImageMagick. This update provides
the corresponding update for Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, and Ubuntu
22.10.
