Using Youtube on Xbox (avoiding ads)

Hey all. Trying to find the best way for using Youtube on my Xbox especially in regards to avoiding ads. Ive used the MyTube app in the past but it has been broken for months now, I cant even login. So what Ive been doing is pulling up Invidious instances in the browser (Edge). However when logging in, none of my subscriptions are available.
