Using EBT card on Amazon (food stamps)

I have an Amazon account. I have linked my EBT card to my Amazon account, which requires inputting my real name as the owner of the EBT card, and real home address as the billing address.

My Amazon account already has all of my personal information going back 10 years, but I wanted to create a new Amazon account at some point that would use aliases, masked cards, etc.
