Using Brave Browser on a Windows PC--- can Windows access your browsing history/bookmarks/cookies etc?

I want to sync my Brave browsers between my personal devices and my Windows office PC. My question is: will the windows software at my office PC be able to access my browsing history and personal settings/details/bookmarks and all that stuff?
Or is internet traffic via a "secure-ish" web browser …
