Using Alias for every service ?

Hello everyone

I recently heard of aliases with Skiff Mail that offers unlimited aliases and also addy io that offer unlimited aliases too

I am wondering if this is safe to use alias on every website I am registering on (amazon, playstation, google, etc).

Do you do it ? Or do you do something else to protect your email ?
