Used an online conversion tool (paid) to convert a PDF to excel which contained clients names. Am I in trouble?

Hi guys,
Basically, I didn't really think before doing this. I used an online extraction tool which converted a pdf table into an excel table. The table had client names on it, but that's it.

How bad is my situation? Do you think the company monitors such actions diligently? I work in a very large organisation.

Also I am certain no harm will come out of this - but I realise this is against policy.
