Usage of DNS Security, DNS over HTTPS, DNS over TLS

Do you folks see DNSSEC being used much? It's been out for a long time but I have not seen much emphasis on it in my circles. Did it fizzle out? If you do see it being used, is it internal (AD-integrated) or public, or a combination? What about usage of DoH and DoT?
