(Update) Organ Donor Registration Database Privacy

This post is an update to my previous post here. For my state (In the USA) the donor registry is maintained by Live On Nebraska. From an e-mail by a representative, "Registration records are never shared with anyone outside of our organization, other than hospitals, funeral homes, etc."
This seems pretty good, but there is a possibility donor status (whether you are a donor, or not) could be stated on the driver's license, and as we all know, US …
