Unlimited phone numbers?

In my search for unlimited phone numbers. I came across google voice, but it only offers one phone number. Is there a unlimited phone number service that is not this (per/user)/month bullshit?

I personally currently use email aliasing, 32 character passwords, different virtual debit cards, an online address. I just need the different phone numbers to complete this privacy collection. I have an issue with my personal information entering the "public record" without my consent.
