I started a new job in 2020, before Covid, at this point I was fortunate to get two perm job offers from financial services organisations (which on average tend to pay better).

I’m gauging my experiences of then and now in the job market, this is because I’m looking for a new role. But I’m noticing something worrying - Salaries 3 years on (given the cost of living crises) appear flat…
