Two phone privacy approach thoughs?

Hey guys what is your thought on this approach:

GraphnneOS phone for everyday use.
Signal and browser, organic maps, ( need another maps app for a satellite view, any suggestions?), proton mail

Old android phone with linageOS
Stays at home all the time, no SIM.
WhatsApp, Instagram and some Google apps that I need sadly. Is off when not in use.

No accounts would be used on both phones.
