Two big cyberattacks tell us India needs something more than tech

The top public health research institute and hospital was hit by a Ransomware attack. The perpetrators demanded 1 billion compensation for release of data of 3.8 million patients. The situation is so worse that institution is running it's operations offline without any digital support, until the systems are cleaned.
