Twitter: Circles tweet leaks due to security incident

Twitter has disclosed having been impacted by a security incident earlier this year that has exposed tweets published using the Circle feature, which enables the posting of tweets to an exclusive list of followers, to other users outside the Circle, The Guardian reports.
