Tutanota vs. Protonmail

I'm looking to move away from Gmail and have been considering the two programs mentioned in the title. I have three email addresses. One primary, for my personal accounts. One secondary, for any accounts and need two of, and a work/school email. I'm looking for something either completely free or very low cost. I'm also not dead set on one or the other just in case there's a better option for me. Thanks for any help.
