Abstract: In the dynamic cyber threat landscape, effective decision-making under uncertainty is crucial for maintaining robust information security. This paper introduces the Cyber Resilience Index (CRI), a TTP-based probabilistic approach to quantifying an organisation's defence effectiveness against cyber-attacks (campaigns).
