Trying to hide device information from Uber Eats?

I was thinking of either using: an android emulator, virtual machine or the TOR browser. However I don't know what would give me the most anonymity.

Also I was reading about the TOR browser and I'm worried my bank would freeze any transaction because of an exit node in a different country.

Please help.
