Truly anonymous smart phone?

So,

I live in BC, Canada. I really hate signing up for things like Meta or Wyze or Ring, or anything that actively and aggressively harvests personal data.

I would like a second phone, not associated with my name in any way, that I could use for things like this. A phone without a list of contacts to harvest, or a browsing history, etc...

The problem is even with a prepaid sim card there is still a requirement in BC, …
