Truecaller: can't unlist my numbers

I am trying to unlist my numbers from Truecaller (Cell phone and home phone, scrapped from somebody's address book) using [https://www.truecaller.com/unlisting](https://www.truecaller.com/unlisting)

Unlisting home number: request accepted (no SMS verification required) but the number is not unlisted after 24 hours.

Unlisting cell number: confirmation SMS is not arriving at all.

I opened the ticket but no response from Truecaller yet.

What should be my next step?
