Troubleshooting job application sites

Am I the only one who constantly runs into issues when trying to apply for jobs. Like Jesus there site won't load or it will crash. It fails to allow basic navigation. Going back wipes all the data that I'm manually filling out even though its on my resume. And why in gods name do I have to create an account for every single job portal.
