Triaging a Windows OS????

I am back I posted the other day about having a hard time getting the hang of Wireshark and with some practice and studying I think I can say I can do a basic PCAP analysis. But no we are learning how to triage on Windows OS and I am literally about to break down in tears. Why tf is finding malware so hard??? I'm on Autoruns ready to ball my eyes out lol I am so scared …
