Transunion security nightmare

I also posted this on another sub to hopefully gain transunion’s attention to this matter.


So first off, I forgot my password. I set up an account before my password manager days. No problem. I simply just logged in using my social, dob and security question. Changed the password using a password generator from Bitwarden. Easy peasy. Log out to try the new password. Doesn’t work. Have to reset it…again. Here’s where the security nightmare begins
