I used to have a small utility that allowed me to simply browse my iPhone as it was a hard drive and grab my pictures this way but the app doesn't work on M1 anymore. iPhotos sends metadata and thumbnail to Apple while copying, even when iCloud is off.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
