Tool for inventory of APIs?

I do security for a place who's site has been developed by many teams over 12 years. My DAST scanning tool can scan APIs but you have to manually specify them it can't discover oddly. Looking for a tool that will essentially scan my site and supply a list of endpoint APIs.
