Too much false positives with MS Defender for Office 365

We use Microsoft defender for office 365 for mail security, but we have so many false positives, both internal and external emails. Almost always because of file attachments, but mainly we have quarantine mails we don’t understand why there are in quarantine because there is no sample. What can I do about this?
