All the threat modeling software I can find, seems to be aimed at developers.

I need to do some threat modeling at the network layer, there are a lot of vlans and nothing is organized. I am concerned with communication between wan connections, vlans , ports and protocols and less concerned with software versions in use (for now).

Is there any threat modeling software designed for networks ? Free is better, of course, budget is non-existent... :)
