Few months ago I finally managed to land myself a SOC operator role along with couple of others who were recruited into the team. First day in the job and after getting to know with colleagues, turns out we are all juniors without pretty much any prior experience in the cyber field.

The funny part? We don't have any senior level expertise in our SOC and we are creating this newly created tierless SOC with only juniors..
