Those that have professional experience in both blue and red team ops - which do you prefer?

Super curious for those that have operated on both sides of the fence. What are the pros and cons of each in your opinion? I hear a lot of negative about blue teaming but I feel that at a higher level - that’s where the money really is. Did you get enjoyment out of blue teaming? Did you get enjoyment out of red teaming? Curious to hear your experiences. Thanks!
