Thinking about sitting for the CISSP. Does an expired CCNA count as sub for 1 year of experience?

I became the Info Sec Manager of a company after running their security products for 3 years as a sys admin. I want to sit for the CISSP but I'm trying to calculate the experience requirement. I have 3 years in 2 domains (asset security and security operations) and 1 year experience as the Info Sec Manager. I also had my CCNA for 3 years but didn't sit for it again because I started moving more into Cyber Security. Does …
