Therapy session compromised?

Today, my therapist and I use Google Meet. They were running a couple of minutes late and when they logged on they said “Sorry I’m late!”.
Immediately, a male automated voice says “It’s ok. I wasn’t waiting long.”
We both looked at each other and asked “Was that you?”
We just closed out all other windows and continued talking.
