I am intrigued by the new Digital Services Act (DSA) regulation and its potential effect worldwide. If I saw many commentaries about the potential danger to the freedom of speech that the regulation carries with itself, I'm more interested in its ability to shape other legal systems, aka the Brussels Effect.
