hey, anyone got any ideas on improving privacy both via network and hardware access (e.g encryption) for a mobile device?, any good suggestions tunneling traffic on mobile device?

just in general, what would be the most paranoid over-secure way to use a mobile device to communicate to another country (e.g russia). what about other ways?
