Text Message from Lusha Systems Privacy out of the blue- is this legit and how did they get my data?

I just received the following text message out of the blue: “Privacy notice: Your business contact information is processed by Lusha Systems Inc. For info & exercise your rights: luu.sh/un.”
I am wondering if this message is legit in the fist place (sent by the mentioned company) or is it a scam to click the link- has anyone seen this before?
Also if it is legit, does anyone know how could they possible get my data and what …
