Tasked with operationalizing a Threat Intel Program

I would really appreciate any general knowledge or experience on how others' Intel programs work to see ways I can incorporate them as I build from the ground up not knowing very much yet. I've been researching already, but would also really appreciate any docs or talks you know of. Thank you!
