Taking a step back?

About two years ago I've went the route of management, but simultaneously remaining hands on. Everyday, I work a shift as an analyst (only one on shift), design, engineer, and admin SIEM/SOAR/XDR functions as an engineer, and manage a small team (3 people + myself) for a company 5000+ globally.
